TRANSICIONS

ILLA DIAGONAL

"Transicions" is a live painting done at Illa Diagonal shopping centre. A work created for the design festival “Disseny en Diagonal” held within the framework of “Barcelona Design Week”.

The mural “Transicions” portrays two different worlds: the world we are now (in the lower part of the wall in black and white colour) and the world we want to be in the future (in the upper part and in red and blue colours). There is a horizontal line dividing the two worlds and symbolising the balance we need to achieve (with regards to ecological, social and human rights matters). The female character represents this willingness to change, the transition to a better world. Because everything is possible.
